What I love so much about the way Winston looks (and is) is that his cuteness is not straightforward. His qualities tend toward alien and he's sometimes dirty or crazy squeaky.
He's getting unrealer. He's picked up two habits recently and I have no idea how or why. The first is a feline spin on a canine favorite -- see Winston kick when just the right spot is scratched. It's kind of gross, actually, so beware.
The next one . . . I don't even know. It's infinitely weirder because I've never seen any animal do anything like this. All I can muster for an explanation is that Winston thinks he's people and has a really insane way of proving it. This one is even grosser!
I hope this doesn't make everyone hate him, but I also thought people should know about his infinite weirdness. Let's see what Rocky has to say about Winnie's tics . . .
Well put!

Gottdamn! Winston for PRESIDENT! What can't that cat do?
That clip of Winnie talking totally left my studio in awe. Amazing. Sheesh, time to go home and chastise my cats for being so fuckin' plain...have a great weekend!

If I had Winston I would quit my job and stay home and laugh all day.
Every Friday should be Winston friday!!!
Can he come and teach my cat how to be ridiculously cute and hilarious?
The only thing my cat can do is jump really high and clean the dogs ears.
I dont care if he smells and makes funny noises...boys do too...and Winston seems more cuddly.

Winston has a secret button! I'm laughing so hard at work my eyes are watering! That talking thing is hilarious!! I thought my cat was the only one who did the bunny-kicking thing.

Hate him? I don't devote entire folders on my computer to creatures I hate. I had to get organized after I thought I lost the last video. Who knew to desktop search for "When Pigs Cry"? So funny, and apt.
I do think using "cute" when describing him is a bit of a stretch. Striking, maybe. He really is fascinating in the "I'm witnessing an entirely new species" way.

winston is my hero. the fact that he was lip syncing to some random acid reflux commercial made me cry.

I first thought that Winston talking was "grosser" because it sounds like he farted... but I think it might have been you beginning to laugh. (Whoops!)
I think Winston farting would be cute too for words, though. Maybe if you scratched him right above the tail!

Tics + 'inappropriate' speech = Tourette's
I'm saying, just maybe...

I thought I had the cutest Persian in the world, but Winnie is giving me doubts! Ooh, too cute, and with buttons! I love Winston, give us more Winnie! :D (And the other felines are quite cute, too. Persians are so strange they shouldn't even count as cats, they should have their own species, lol. Other cats can't really even compare.)

Winston looks like a friend of mine who talks to himself when he's drunk. I don't think he's gross. My friend is pretty gross though...

Winston is adorable and so is Rocky. My "Intrepid" kitty does that doggy-style thang, too.
Also -- thanks for the Whitney-n-Bobby recaps. You watch so that others may be spared.

OK, I am in love with Winston so I am really reaching in the archives here. I just wanted to say that all cats do that weird kicking thing. It bothers me, I think they're saying "OK, you're not quite scratching hard enough, I would do it like this."

When you have a black cat, every day is Halloween. I enjoyed this and I have to admit I would not miss the holiday if it disappeared in the states, too. It lost its charm when the litte fun size candy bars appeared. Cheap!

This was a fascinating cultural exposition. I enjoyed reading this. Ali is a cutie.

There should be a middle ground somewhere, Alysa, between the crass commercialism we have in this country and the tight-assed ninnyness of the French - except for those in the North, of course. Carnaval looks to be similar to Fasching in Germany. Drink and be merry.
