This clip of children gleefully shouting their favorite euphemisms for their bathroom...dealings comes from the Sesame Street potty-training DVD Elmo's Potty Time. I think it's supposed to be a discursive laxative or something. My sister had it on for my one-and-a-half-year-old nephew this weekend, and when these kids started screaming their heads off about pooping and peeing, I wondered why I hadn't seen this before. I mean, hello, viral. This Yelp thread suggests it was once uploaded to YouTube (the direct link to the video says it was removed for a terms of use violation, which makes no sense since YouTube is full of Sesame Street clips and what kind of fucked-up terms of use wouldn't allow children the pleasure of wailing about defecation? Talking about is way different than going! To wit, I haven't messed myself once since starting this post!).
Anyway, I put it on DailyMotion to be safe. If the world is to become a better place, more people need to see this. It is the only path to joy. Swear. The potty prophet told me. My favorites are the little girls who are embracing as they say, "We call it poo-poo," as though they're talking about their new couch from Ikea or some other important life decision. I guess when you're 4 or 5, determining how to refer to your feces really is an important life decision.
Also, obviously, the word "dookie" being uttered on Sesame Street needs a permanent, easily streamed monument. I'm not even that impressed with potty humor usually, but this thing really had me at "dookie."
hhaha! I work with kids, and we've had many a conversation about what to call it. I go with the failsafe potty and poop. That video cracked me up!

Do buyers become more or less impulsive, or, more or less reliant on the advice of others as they move about? Are they harder to find or easier to win over situationally? Stay tuned to this space for some answers.

I miss it and I look forward to a day when I myself no longer have a computer tied to my hind quarters right along with the cell phone. I am not condemning these things, just stating what they are, "convienences". Just like anything else.
