A new Beyoncé live DVD release means a new chance to crack this madwoman open and see what the hell makes her tick. Via I Am...Yours, she is mine:
If and when aliens come to Earth, I want to send Beyoncé to meet them just to fuck with their giant alien heads. Hopefully, she will bring her wind machine and clown makeup.
Bonus gifs are below!
I seriously could not love this lampshade-wearing woman more. Not even if she were an actual lamp!
A few more random shots I snapped as I randomly paused the DVD while making the video:
Obviously, The 13 Most Ridiculous Things About I Am...Yours, is a sequel to my 2007 edit job, The 10 Most Ridiculous Things About The Beyoncé Experience. In case you don't feel like clicking over, I'm embedding it below. I look back on it fondly.
You, Rich, always give 100%

I'd go crazy too if I had to perform in a wind tunnel.

God, I normally don't care about makeup stuff, but that shade of lipstick just hurts my feelings. She's one hell of a performer though.

I love that she just can't NOT do the inanely-increasing-in-rapidity version of Survivor. I hope that shows up in your third video.

I have been waiting for this since the moment I walked out of the Encore theater in August. Thank you kind sir.

She's reaching Celine levels of insanity. I like that.

Oh, that weave was atrocious, no matter how much wind she stood in front of, it wouldn't move!

Those gifs are magical thank you!!

Wow. Beyonce and Tyra seem to be cut from the same cloth. Thanks for brightening my Monday, Rich!

Seriously Rich, could you give us some insight on the whole wind machine thing? I'm just...baffled. And not wind-blown.

I guess I shouldn't be surprised she's using songs from her destiny's child days? Like bootylicious, I loved that song when it came out but it seems so random for her to be doing now.

What really did it for me (about this video) was the dictionary.com screen capture.
Brilliant!

I looooove Beyoncé. All of her weirdness just makes her even better to watch!
Posted by: Luke | November 30, 2009 at 04:30 PM
Thank you for making Beyonce seem spontaneous, fun, original, weird and wonderful for 5:33, because she's absolutely none of those things otherwise. Why can't she be this awesome in real life (or whatever she is when not in Rich youtube/gif form)?

Now that I know Beyonce is a wookie, I am fulfilled.
Posted by: Rachael | November 30, 2009 at 04:54 PM
Because she wrote the song "Where's Kelly"
Why wouldn't she perform a song she wrote just because it's from her group days?

After seeing the whole thing, I'd say by FAR the most ridiculous thing is the wax. Love you, Bey.

What happened to her hairline!!! It's crawling down her face.

A+. She looks trantastic. I may have to actually watch this now, strictly for the lulz.
Crazy bitch is crazy.

Anyone made any comments on her face? I caught the end of the TV Special version and even from the clips, she looks like she had some work done. Perhaps it's just the makeup.
